Add a business, or fix something

Listings are free and always will be. If you run an accessibility business in Ontario that we've missed, tell us here. If something on the site is wrong — including a listing you'd like removed — the same form reaches us.

For families

We can't recommend a specific contractor or advise on your funding application — we're a directory, not advisors. But if you couldn't find what you needed, tell us what you were looking for and where; that's genuinely useful and it's how the gaps get filled. For funding questions, the sequencing guide is the most useful page here.

What happens to a request to be added

We check that the business does accessibility work as its actual business rather than as a sideline — the same bar every existing listing had to clear. That's the only test. Basic listings are always free. See how the directory is built.
